Transfer received e-mails to a recipient
This guide explains how forward to a recipient one or more e-mails already received, by placing them either...
- ... in the body of a new message directly,
- ... as an attachment (It allows you to transmit the entire message with its headers and not just its content).
Preamble
- To obtain a sharing link allowing you to view a specific e-mail, take note of this other guide.

- To know how to send e-mails but from a third-party mail client/software:
- From the Web Mail Infomaniak app (online service) mail.infomaniak.com) you can select up to 5 messages present in the inbox to transfer them to your correspondents from the action menu ⋮ at the top of your inbox:
- Regardless of the transfer method recorded in the parameters ( message body or Enclosure — read below) if you transfer between 2 and 5 messages, these will be automatically put Enclosure a new e-mail.
Forward a message from the Mail Infomaniak Web app
To this end:
- Click here to access the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
- Open the message to transfer.
- Click on the icon Transfer at the top right of your message:

Configure Mail Infomaniak for the transfer method
You can configure Mail Infomaniak for a transfer (forward) e-mail either Always carried out as an attachment and not quoted in the body of the message.
Indeed, default the original e-mail will be quoted in plain language directly in the body of the e-mail:
To modify this and define the default transfer method:
- Click here to access the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
- Click on the icon Parameters Top right.
- Click on Send in the secondary side menu.
- Click on the desired option (" Enclosure") for "Transfer e-mails"
Now the original email will be attached as an attachment to the email:
