Show shortcut to Web Mail Infomaniak app folder

This guide explains how to add a folder or subfolder as a favourite on the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).

Preamble

• Automatically placed at the top of your folder list, you will get quick and shortened access to this folder.
• Several folders can be placed as a favourite.

Set a folder as favourite

For add a folder as a favourite or the remove:

1. Click here to access the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the relevant folder in the left side menu.

What about the mobile app?

It is not possible to add a folder as a favourite from the Infomaniak Mail mobile app (app for iOS/Android smartphone or tablet).

To access your folders:

1. Touch the icon at the top left of the Mail Inbox.
2. A pane takes place from the left and displays several headings.
3. The "Files" section displays your folders in alphabetical order, the section is retractable, you can create new folders but not define some as favorite.

You can set messages as favorite, in order to have a follow-up on these.
