Restore contacts

This guide explains how to restore contacts that have been accidentally deleted from an Infomaniak address book.

Restoring Contacts

It is possible to recover deleted contacts from the last 24 hours, 48 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days:

1. Log in to Contacts (contacts.infomaniak.com), the address book section of Infomaniak Mail, using a web browser like Brave or Firefox.
2. Click on Advanced Actions in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on Restore.
4. Choose the address book to restore.
5. Select the version from yesterday, 48 hours ago, or 7 and 30 days ago.
6. Choose the destination (in the original location or in another address book if available).
7. Initiate the restoration using the button at the bottom of the page.
