Download an e-mail...

... from the Web Mail Infomaniak app

To save an e-mail from the Web Mail Infomaniak app (online service) mail.infomaniak.com):

1. Click here to access the Mail Infomaniak Web app (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
2. Open the message to download.
3. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the open e-mail.
4. Select Download:
    
   

... from the Infomaniak Mail mobile app on iOS / Android

For now this feature is not available.

... from Thunderbird Software/Mail Client

The function Save As... a software/message client as Thunderbird allows to achieve the same result:

1. Open the software Thunderbird.
2. In the inbox, right-click on the message to be saved.
3. Choose the location to save the file .eml.
