To save an email from the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service mail.infomaniak.com):

1. Click here to access the Web app Mail Infomaniak (online service mail.infomaniak.com).
2. Open the message to download.
3. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the opened email.

This feature is not available for the time being.

… from the Thunderbird email client

The Save as... function of an email software like Thunderbird allows you to achieve the same result:

1. Open the software Thunderbird.
2. In the inbox, right-click on the message to save.
3. Choose the location to save the .eml file.
