Manage Mail Sender Name
This guide explains how to add or change a sender name that will be used when sending your emails from the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
Preamble
- This full name (usually a first and last name) is linked to your email address.
- It is displayed as a replacement or next to your e-mail address at the recipient of your e-mail.
- Note that if he has already added you to his address book with a name/first name, it is probably this one that will appear for him.
Default Behavior
By default without particular configuration or signature, no name/first name won't show up when you're using the mail. You are writing a new message:

Add / change the name of the sender
To access the full name for your Infomaniak email:
- Click here to access the Mail Infomaniak Web app (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
- Click on the icon Parameters Top right.
- Check or select the relevant email address from the drop-down menu in the left side menu.
- Click on Signatures.
If a signature already exists, click on the action menu ⋮ to amend it and read as follows:
Otherwise if no signature still exists:
- Click on Add:
- Select A model.
- Click on Continue:
- Enter the name to designate your signature template.
- Enter the name you want to display next to the email address when sending emails.
- Click on the button Create Signature:
- Return to the email interface:
