Add resellers to your online ticketing service

This guide explains how to add users as resellers so that they can sell tickets for your events on the Infomaniak ticketing platform.

If you have sales points, partners, or simply cash registers at the entrance of the event, you can give them reseller access. This way, you can grant them selling rights from the counter.

Add a Reseller

1. Log in to your Infomaniak space 
2. From the left side menu, click on Users and Profiles then Users
3. In the top right corner, click on the Add a user
   
   
   
   
4. Follow the creation wizard
5. During the user role selection step, choose Collaborator or External with limited rights
   
   
   
   
   
6. When choosing access to products, click on Ticketing
   
   
   
7. Check the boxes in the last columns for the relevant ticketing or ticketings
