Display statistics and activity report Newsletter

This guide concerns the Newsletter Infomaniak that offers detailed reports to accurately measure the impact of your shipments.

Preamble

• Meet the following people:
  • Find out on a map of the world where your subscribers (geolocation) and which devices they use to read your messages (mobile devices, computers, etc.). This information allows you to better know your contacts and adapt the content of your newsletters accordingly.
• Follow the activity of your newsletters:
  • At a glance, display all the important data to measure the quality and scope of your e-mailing campaigns: the single opening rate, the rate of unsubscribe and the number of invalid e-mail addresses (bounce).
• Find out what interests (really) your subscribers:
  • Easily measure the interest of your recipients by consulting the link statistics. You will be able to see precisely how many unique people clicked on the links of your newsletters and know what interests your subscribers most.

Access the Newsletter dashboard

The dashboard offers a Quick view of the evolution of your campaigns from the beginning with monthly statistics:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click on the domain name relevant in the table that appears.
3. Click on Scoreboard in the left side menu:
   

Access reports from previous shipments

To view the detailed reports for each campaign:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click on the domain name relevant in the table that appears.
3. Click on Campaigns in the left side menu.
4. Click on the tab COMMITMENTS.
5. Click on the button SEE THE REPORT.
