Emptying the kDrive mobile app cache (app for iOS/ Android smartphone or tablet)

This guide explains how to remove the cache (caching data, following various operations, unnecessarily taking storage space on your device) from the mobile app kDrive on iOS and Android devices.

Remove the kDrive cache...

... on iOS (iPhone, iPad)

1. Open the kDrive mobile app (iOS).
2. Press the photo/initials at the bottom right.
3. Press Settings.
4. Press Local Storage Management.
5. Delete the data you want, cache e.g. (or import which also makes it possible to unlock imports which may be blocked)...

... on Android

1. Open the settings of the Android phone.
2. See you in the section Applications or Applies and notifications e.g.
3. If necessary, press Show XX applications if the device does not display them by default.
4. Press kDrive.
5. See you in the section Storage or Storage space and cache e.g.
6. Press Clear cache.
   • Be careful if you click on the button Clear Storage you will erase all user data (e.g. login identifiers) in addition to the cache.
