Discover kSuite

This guide presents the spaces kContinued, the suite of productivity and online collaboration tools developed in Switzerland by Infomaniak.

Preamble

• Spaces include access to applications of kSuite.
• It also manages its status and presence to collaborate more effectively with other users of kSuite.
• It is easy to switch from one application to another by staying on a single browser window.
• Several improvement axes will then come around the spaces.

Navigate within a kSuite space

To access a space kSuite:

1. Click here in order to access the kSuite space of your Organization.
2. Click on the icons in the left side menu to access kSuite applications, such as kChat or kDrive.
3. Click on the action menu ⋮located to the right of the element concerned to access advanced actions:
   
   • In particular, it is possible to open the selected app in a side panel (B) in order to have 2 apps side by side:
