• The Web app kDrive Natively integrates a publisher that allows you to sign a PDF document online.
• Your files are never analysed and are exclusively stored in Switzerland.

Create and affix your signature on a PDF

To access kDrive and manage PDF document signatures:

1. Click here to access the web app kDrive Infomaniak (online service) kdrive.infomaniak.com).
2. Open the relevant PDF document.
3. Click on the button Edit at the top of the document to access the file editor:
   
4. Click on the icon Signature from the toolbar.
5. Click on ‍ Add Signature.
6. Choose the signature creation method:
   1. Draw by hand raised with the mouse.
   2. Type Text and choose the handwritten font (example below).
   3. Import Image (scan of your handwritten signature e.g.) from your device.
7. Type the desired text for the signature and click the button Aa to choose the handwritten writing style.
8. Click on Save:
   
9. Once the signature has been created, just click on the icon Signature to make your created signatures appear.
10. Click on the signature to be inserted in the document.
11. The signature is transparently inserted, just move it and resize it as desired.
