Solve an outgoing spam problem
This guide allows you to find solutions if you send an e-mail from an e-mail address hosted by Infomaniak and the message unwittingly arrives in the Spam folder (unwanted mail) from your recipient.
Use the mail wisely
When the basic rules are met, there is little risk that the message will land in the recipient's unwanted mail. To this end:
